Democrats say the president should be impeached. They believe he allegedly demanded Ukraine’s president to investigate his rival, Joe Biden, in exchange for a large amount of funding in military aid.
President Trump denies the allegations, saying his July 25 phone call was "perfect," and calls the impeachment inquiry a partisan witch-hunt.
"If the president did feel that there was corruption, he should have gone to our own American investigative force. There is so much here, unless we're careful, we're on a path we shouldn't be on," says diner customer Lisa Eggert-Livin.
Another patron said that Trump should just be left alone.
