A small boat erupted in flames at Hudson Park in New Rochelle Thursday.
"It started out small and got bigger, like any fire," says eyewitness Chris Fitzsimons, who captured the incident on his video camera while taking a walk in the park.
Police say thanks to other boaters, people who were aboard the burning boat were pulled to safety before the vessel became engulfed in flames.
Fire officials have yet to determine the exact cause of the blaze.
