The wife of a Florida man found dead in Rye Brook this week says she had nothing to do with his death.

Speculation has swirled around Narcy Novack as reports have trickled out about the couple's marital strife. Family and friends of murder victim Ben Novack Jr. say they suspect Narcy Novack in his slaying.

Ben Novack Jr., whose family owned the famed Fountainbleu Hotel, married his wife in 1991. Narcy Novack's lawyer says the couple signed a premarital agreement in which Ben Novack Jr. made clear he did not want his wife to get all of his more than $3 million estate.
