The Katonah Reading Room had a kitchen emergency with a malfunctioning fridge.
The fire department found a fire on the second floor behind a prep table and was able to quickly put it out.
Despite being back open, Reading Room officials are asking customers to be patient while they recover from some unexpected clean-up costs.
