After several no shows, Rapper DMX finally arrived at court Monday to face traffic charges. DMX, whose real name is Earl Simmons, faces a number of traffic violations ranging from speeding to not having his driver?s license on him. His case was adjourned until August 25 and the rapper says he?s happy to have his license back. He left the courthouse with his lawyer Murray Richman and wife Tashera in tow. The hip-hop star and Bedford resident skipped out on his first three court appearances for traffic violations. He finally surrendered after an arrest warrant was issued. DMX did not immediately post bail, which landed him an overnight stay in the Westchester County Jail last June.
