A Newburgh man is accused in a long-term heroin and fentanyl sales investigation in Rosendale.

The team also announced the arrest of 41-year-old William Lowers, of Plattekill.
He was arrested Thursday after an investigation into heroin sales in the area of his residence in the Forest Park trailer park.
