An Army special agent died during a training exercise at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point earlier this week.
Officials say Chief Warrant Officer Liquat Khan, 51, was discovered on Tower Road near the Gillis Field House. It happened during a physical fitness test while he was running Tuesday morning.
He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
The army says the death is under investigation, but foul play isn't suspected.
Khan joined the army after the attacks on Sept. 11, 2001. He was a special agent for more than 15 years and served two combat tours.
