10h agoApplications for the Ulster County Housing Action Fund will officially be open on Monday.
The $15 million fund supports sustainable and affordable housing projects. Up to $3 million of the fund will go toward projects for 2024.
Application materials will be posted on the Ulster County website. The applications are due May 10 at 3 p.m.
There will also be a virtual webinar on Mar. 19 at 6 p.m. to share details about the program and application process.
