Mount Vernon's guaranteed income program will close in just a few days.
Residents have until Friday
to sign up for the chance at $500 a month for a year.
The lottery program will
provide 200 households with a monthly income.
To qualify, individuals are required to meet the following criteria:
- Must be a Mount Vernon resident
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Minimum income requirement of $15,000
- Must possess an income at or below 80% percent of the CDBG Annual Income Limit
