It's not fall just yet, but it is the perfect time to get into the spirit by doing some apple picking!

Crowds are flocking to check out the tasty selection at Masker's Orchard on Ball Road in Warwick. The orchard, which is more than 100 years old, has 14 different varieties of apples, all ready to pick!

One of the owners tells News 12 the secret to their success is in the old-fashioned family fun. "Seeing family having picnics, just relaxing, doing what we used to do when we were kids," says "Apple George," of Masker Orchards.

Most apple farms in the Hudson Valley are now open for picking and buying.
