Anthony’s Pier 9 has announced the decision to close its New Windsor location after a year of financial struggles.

According to the Bonura Hospitality Group, the building is being sold to a movie production company.

However, the company's website says its catering business is relocating “two miles down the road.”

The family-run catering hall and business has hosted thousands of weddings and events since opening in 1980.

Owners tell News 12 they’re sad to say goodbye, but they’re focusing on investments and jobs at their other locations within Orange and Dutchess counties.
