Hundreds of Long Islanders hit the pavement Sunday morning for a good cause.
The 12th annual Jigsaw 4 Mile Run kicked off in East Islip, raising money and awareness for autism.
Organizers say it's the largest crowd they've ever had, with nearly 2,000 participants.
The event was hosted by the EJ Autism Foundation.
