‘Angels at Bat:' Eastchester Little League collects baseball equipment for children in Africa

Balls, bats, helmets and gloves were collected at the main field at Garth Road for “Angels at Bat.”

Eastchester Little League collected baseball equipment Saturday for children in Africa.
Balls, bats, helmets and gloves were collected at the main field at Garth Road for “Angels at Bat.”
The equipment will be sent to Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa and Benin.
“Angels at Bat” has been collecting used and new baseball equipment for children in Africa since 2012.
They have sent over 13,000 pieces of equipment to children throughout the continent.
