An alleged Westchester heroin dealer was arrested in Harrison today.
Juan "Puma" Cabrera, of Harrison, was arrested along with his girlfriend, Dana Ortega, and alleged accomplice Kyle Avery, of Mount Vernon.
Harrison police busted the trio during a traffic stop.
Authorities say the three were found with more than 30 grams of heroin worth thousands of dollars.
Police also executed a search warrant at Cabrera's apartment where they say they found more drugs, money and paraphernalia.
