The bear even rummaged through the trash.
Jackson says he took selfies with the bear.
Despite what seemed like a harmless encounter, there are some conservationists who say the number of bear sightings that are happening may not be a great environmental sign.
Conservationists urge residents not to get close if they see a bear.
