A 10-year-old boy at Putnam Valley Middle School was suspended for two days because of a ?sexy? comment.

Aaron Perez told his teacher she looked sexy. That did not sit well with school officials who say Perez also asked the same teacher for a hug. Wednesday, Perez was sent home from school for a two-day suspension. His outraged father says the comment was innocent and his son is very affectionate.

School officials say they are satisfied with how the situation was handled. The Perez family is planning to meet with school officials next week to discuss the matter and perhaps move the boy to another class. The Perez family says it is considering a civil lawsuit against the school.
