An accident on the northbound Henry Hudson Parkway caused massive delays Wednesday after a car hit an overpass under construction, causing debris to fall.
All northbound lanes were closed, and traffic was diverted onto the service road. Police say no one was injured in the incident.
The accident happened between 246th and 247th streets.
