Authorities
say Stone was assaulted and died four days later.

to three to 10 years in prison.
Two
other defendants, 33-year-old Danaya Matychak and 41-year-old Marcia Strang,
both from Newburgh, pleaded guilty to criminally negligent homicide. They were
each sentenced to one to three years in prison.
