A husband, wife and their adult son from Somers were charged Thursday with hosting an underage drinking party. State troopers say they were called to Ross Drive in the early hours of Sunday morning.

3 adults accused of hosting teen drinking party
A husband, wife and their adult son from Somers were charged Thursday with hosting an underage drinking party.
State troopers say they were called to Ross Drive in the early hours of Sunday morning. According to troopers, when they arrived they found an 18-year-old girl passed out on the front lawn of a home. The teen was taken to the hospital. Police say she was lucky a neighbor had found her and called authorities.According to troopers, about 25 people were at the graduation party and about half of them were teens from Somers High School. ?Our investigation into this matter clearly shows that the members of this household obviously had knowledge that teenagers were present at this party and also had full knowledge that those teenagers were consuming alcoholic beverages,? said the investigator on the case. Edward Moroney, 46, Kathy Moroney, 46, and Jaycen DeCreenza, 24, were charged with unlawfully dealing with a child.
