A state Supreme Court judge has upheld a $2 million judgement awarded to the family of a White Plains murder victim.
A jury awarded the amount to the family of Connie Russo-Carriero last year.
A homeless ex-con stabbed Russo-Carriero to death in a White Plains municipal parking garage in 2005. The jury ruled the city didn't do enough to prevent the murder.
There has been no comment from the city of White Plains.
