Two teenagers are being held on tens of thousands of dollars' bail after a shooting in Dutchess County.
The incident happened almost two weeks ago on West Main Streetin in Wappingers Falls.
Police say the 18-year-olds robbed and shot a person in the head.
The teens, who were just arrested, have been charged with robbery and accused of stealing under $100.
The victim is expected to make a full recovery.
