Fire officials say two swimmers had to be rescued in the Hudson River near Little Stony Point Park on Wednesday.
Rescuers from the Cold Spring Volunteer Fire Department saw a man and a woman having trouble staying above the water. A deputy removed his duty gear and began swimming towards them.
