Investigators say the crash involved multiple vehicles and a cement mixer truck just before 2 p.m. Tuesday.
One person was trapped in the cement mixer truck and had to be pulled out, according to officials.
Crews shut down Abeel Street in the Town of Ulster for about an hour as they cleared the crash site.
