Peekskill police say two vehicles slammed into each other on South Street around 6:46 p.m. when the driver in one car suffered a medical emergency.
The two cars then crashed into three additional parked cars.
Two people were transported to the hospital. Police have not released their conditions.
South Street was closed for hours but has since reopened.
