State police say the driver of an SUV was killed after crashing into a tractor-trailer at the intersection of Pumpkin Swamp Road and the Pulaski Highway.

Husband dead, wife in critical condition after Goshen crash
A Yonkers man was killed and his wife critically injured in a Goshen crash Monday.
State police say that Anthony P. Galimi, 80, was killed when his 2018 Ford Edge crashed into a tractor-trailer at the intersection of Pumpkin Swamp Road and the Pulaski Highway.
Authorities say it happened around 12:15 p.m. after Galimi failed to yield for the big rig.
Galimi was taken to Orange Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced dead. His wife, Georgeanna, 76, was airlifted to Westchester Medical Center where she is currently listed in critical condition.
The tractor-trailer driver was not injured.
