A collision between a tow truck and a passenger vehicle has left one person dead in Westchester County.

Greenburgh police say the two vehicles crashed around 10 p.m. Wednesday on Knollwood Road.

Sources tell News 12 the driver of the car was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim's identity has not yet been released.

There is no word on the condition of the tow truck driver.

Police have not released the cause of the crash.
