A video of a Massapequa Diner waitress confronting a customer she says was out of line is going viral on TikTok.

Sondra Albert says the customer seen in the TikTok video has been asked to leave the diner numerous times.

"He's very abusive toward our waitresses and other customers, he makes snide comments to young ladies, young girls...and I can't watch that go by," Albert says.

Louis Cozzolino recorded the incident and posted it on TikTok where it got over a million views.

"To see her react like that is something I've never seen," Cozzolino says.

Albert says she spoke out because she would want someone to do the same for her son.

She advises all late-night servers to do their best and be kind, as long as they don't mess with children.

"There's always gonna be rude customers," Albert says. "But kill them with a smile, kill them with kindness."
