Emergency responders in Ulster County honored a fallen hero with a grueling fitness challenge this Memorial Day.
The county's Emergency Response Team completed the Murph Challenge Monday, police said.
The challenge includes two mile-long runs, 100 pull-ups, 200 sit-ups, and 300 air squats. It honors Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy, a New York native who awarded a Congressional Medal of Honor for his actions in Afghanistan.
