A tractor-trailer crash is causing delays on I-95 in Norwalk, officials say.

The Department of Transportation says the crash happened just beyond exit 16 in the northbound lane of I-95 at 7:10 a.m.

State traffic cameras appear to show a jackknifed tractor-trailer and one lane appears to be closed.
