Three men wanted in connection to robbery spree in The Bronx, Brooklyn

Police say the youngest victim just 10-years-old.

Investigators say three men have stolen $10,000 worth of cash and property in a spree of robberies over the past two months.

Police are searching for three individuals in connection to a spree of robberies in the Bronx and Brooklyn, with the youngest victim just 10-years-old.

Investigators say the set of crimes started on March 9 in front of 210 St. Anne’s Avenue at around 2:10pm. A male victim says he was approached by an unidentified individual who snatched the chain off his neck. The suspect attempted to punch the man but were unsuccessful and ran away.

The second incident happened around 6:40 p.m. on March 11 in the vicinity of Brook Avenue and East 142nd St. Three unidentified individuals approached a 47-year-old male victim. One of the individuals displayed a firearm and snatched the victim's necklace from around his neck and removed roughly $80 from his right hand. The victim sustained minor injuries but was not hospitalized.

The terror continued in the when the group approached a 10-year-old boy on March 24 in the vicinity of East 142nd St and St. Ann’s Avenue. Investigators say one man pulled out a knife, made verbal threats to the boy and demanded his jacket.

The spree of crimes spread into Brooklyn when the men robbed a 20-year-old man on March 26 in the vicinity of Beverley Road and East 16th St. One of the men forcibly removed the victim's necklace from around his neck before getting into a gray Ford sedan and driving away.

In the fifth incident, back in the Bronx, the men robbed a 63-year-old man. The robbery happened on April 12 just before 2pm. The individuals ripped the necklace around the man’s neck causing him to fall and suffer minor injuries.

The recent robbery attempt happened on May 4 at around 4:10 p.m. in the vicinity of East 142nd St and Brook Avenue. The group tried to rip the chain off a 42-year-old man’s neck but were unsuccessful. The man suffered minor injuries but was not hospitalized.

In the set of robberies, investigators say the suspects have taken off with more than $10,000 in cash and property over the last two months.
