A White Plains man has been indicted on charges of unlawful surveillance at Marist University.

Prosecutors say 22-year-old Kyle Petrozzi allegedly set up cameras in gender-neutral bathrooms throughout Dyson Hall.

Investigators say several men and women were recorded inside over a two-week period last spring.

Petrozzi, a senior who was set to graduate in May, was expelled after the allegations.

He now faces 16 counts of unlawful surveillance.
