Dutchess County reports second coronavirus death

Health officials say a 71-year-old man died at St. Luke's Hospital.

Dutchess County officials have announced a second coronavirus death. 
Health officials say a 71-year-old man died at St. Luke's Hospital.
He was taken in for cardiac arrest and respiratory distress.
Dutchesss County has a total of 190 cases of the virus.
In Westchester County, eight residents have died from the virus and 56 are hospitalized.
