Police say two pizza restaurants in Centereach were robbed just hours apart and there could be a possible link.

According to police, a man robbed a Pizza Hut on Middle Country Road around 2 p.m. Monday in Centereach.

Detectives say the man stole cash from the register before running off.

Police say just before 8 p.m. Monday, Domino's Pizza on Middle Country Road was robbed. A man showed a knife and demanded cash from an employee.

No one was injured in either robbery.
