Police have arrested a Yonkers man in connection to an armed robbery.
Investigators say the 29-year-old suspect was one of three men who held up two people while they were sitting in a car on Summit Street Monday night. They say one of the victims, a 23-year-old New York City man, knew the people who targeted him.
Authorities say the robbers took approximately $1,000 and then fled the scene.
The suspect has been charged with first-degree robbery. His identity is being withheld pending further investigation and additional arrests.
