Brutal cold follows nor’easter, wet weather to return Friday

Temperatures are expected to dip into freezing territory, with wind chills making it feel like it’s the upper-teens or low 20s.
Anyone on the streets, walking or in a vehicle, is advised to be cautious of icy conditions.
Wednesday and Thursday are expected to be dry and cold, before another round of wet weather bears down on the region on Friday.
There will be a chance of snow showers and rain on Friday and Saturday.
