A Selden spa employee is accused of putting his mouth on a woman's breast during a massage, according to court documents.
The employee, Li-Yong He, 52, denied the accusation to the police, telling officers, "I only give normal massages. I didn't do anything," according to court documents.
Suffolk County police also accused He of working without a proper New York State license.
Suffolk County police said the incident happened at W Foot Relaxing Spa, located at 1070 Middle Country Rd. in Selden on Sunday, just before 1 p.m.
According to investigators, the 27-year-old victim paid He with a $50 giftcard.
Officials said she was lying on the massage table when He forcibly touched her, before she demanded he leave the room and then drove to the Sixth Precinct to report the incident.
“It’s a disgrace and he should be arrested," a woman passing by the spa told News 12. "If he did it, he should be prosecuted. People don’t generally just make these things up.”
Suffolk County police investigated and arrested He later that afternoon.

Police charged the Levittown man with forcible touching and unauthorized practice of a profession.
Suffolk County police are asking any other potential victims to call the Sixth Squad at 631-854-8652.
This isn't the first time police have visited this spa.
On April 11, 2025, Suffolk County police arrested two people during a massage parlor raid at foot spas in Medford and Selden.
At that time, police arrested and charged spa employee Ruogu He, 42, of Bayside, Queens, with unauthorized practice of a profession.
News 12 reached out to the town of Brookhaven for more information on whether the business had ever been shut down, how it was still operating and if the town plans to do anything about it moving forward, but has not yet heard back.
The Brookhaven Fire Marshal's office said the business had made building alterations without a permit, but corrected the violation, and the building itself was found in compliance during an inspection on Sunday.
