Officials say four missing children were found in Spring Valley.
According to police, they got a call from the parents of a missing 12-year-old girl.
The parents say the caller with a foreign phone number claimed to have their daughter and they demanded $1,000 for her return.
The FBI and village police were able to track the missing girl to an address in Spring Valley.
That’s where they also found three more missing kids from the surrounding area.
Police say none of them looked hurt or held against their will.
Police have not said whether there were any arrests or revealed the address where the children were found.
The investigation is ongoing.
