Police say a synagogue in Brooklyn was burglarized multiple times in just a matter of days, and it was all captured on surveillance cameras.
Isaac Kerber is the president of the Congregation Israel of Kings Bay in Sheepshead Bay. Police say the synagogue has been broken into three times in the past two weeks.
"We've been here since 1965, and we never experienced such a thing," says Kerber.
The first incident was on Nov. 24, the second on Dec. 2 and then again on Dec. 5.
The suspect came in through a window each time and made their way over to the donation box, stealing more than $2,000.
The president of the congregation says they rely on that money to pay the bills. Now they're preparing to spend more money increasing security.
