Weekend weather split 50/50 with threat of late-day showers starting Friday
It will be a 50/50 split for Father's Day weekend, with a sunny start Friday before clouds roll in late in the day.
Friday kicks off sunny, but clouds could increase into the afternoon around 4 p.m. Highs remain in the upper-70s to low-80s.
For Saturday, look for some showers both in the morning and afternoon. It won't be a washout though, with some dry, sunny periods in between. It will be warm and humid with highs in the 80s
For Father's Day, there's a chance for showers through 7 a.m., but we'll see a mix of sun and clouds after. Highs will be up into the mid-80s. Expect a humid day, with highs into the upper-80s in some spots.
The start of the workweek is expected to be partly sunny with chances for scattered showers and thunderstorms.
