There is more pushback against a proposed immigration detention facility in Orange County.

Congressman Pat Ryan has now submitted a petition with more than 10,000 signatures to the Department of Homeland Security.

The people who signed it are against a plan to allow ICE to use a vacant warehouse in Chester.

Chester’s mayor says no government agency has contacted the village about using the property.
