Police say one person was injured early Valentine’s Day morning when a tent and a makeshift wooden structure made out of pallets caught fire in the City of Newburgh.

Officials tell News 12 the fire broke out around 5 a.m. in the woods behind the Dunkin’ on South Robinson Avenue.

The area was described to News 12 by a tipster as a place where people may have been staying.
