Mild weekend ahead for the Hudson Valley, with chances for a few showers

Sunny skies are in the forecast, but so are possible stray showers for the next few days. 
Friday will be partly sunny, but a couple of afternoon showers cannot be ruled out. It won't be a washout, as most of the day will be fairly dry. Highs will be around 73.
Saturday will have a sunny start with a few afternoon clouds. Some darker clouds might produce some raindrops or a brief shower, especially in the evening. Highs will be around 73 degrees.
It will be partly sunny with afternoon clouds on Sunday. Highs will be around 74 degrees. News 12 meteorologists are watching for the chance for a couple of showers and an isolated thunderstorm mainly in the afternoon into the evening.
Monday will have sun and clouds as rain likely passes to our south, but we may see some showers later in the evening. The temperatures are trending a touch cooler, with highs in the low-70s.
There's a chance of early showers on Tuesday but will likely turn into sunshine later in the day.
