6h agoNewburgh’s suspended school superintendent is expected to get her job back at a special meeting tonight.
The school board is expected to bring back Dr. Jackielyn Manning Campbell, who was suspended last January for reasons never fully disclosed.
In July, a new board took over and soon suspended Dr. Lisa Buon, who had been named acting superintendent.
At tonight’s meeting, the board plans to rescind all charges brought against Manning Campbell.
She had served as superintendent since July 2022 before her suspension.
