A couple from New Rochelle is accused of pimping out a 14-year-old girl that had been living with them.

Christine Bochecchio, 27, and Jeff Cayot, 20, were arrested Tuesday and charged with promoting prostitution. Police believe the couple held the girl against her will since January and forced her into prostitution. According to police, the teen was a runaway from New York City?s foster care system, snatched off the streets of Brooklyn by the pair. Bochecchio and Cayot were caught after the teenager solicited an undercover officer on Tuesday.

New York City's Administration for Children's Services (ASC) calls the girl a repeat runaway. New Rochelle police are investigating if other teenage girls were involved with the couple.
