Neiman Marcus is closing its store at The Westchester in White Plains this spring.

Saks Global Enterprises, the parent company, says it is one of 15 Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue stores shutting down nationwide. The White Plains location is expected to close in May.

Saks Global has filed for bankruptcy. The company says the closures are part of a strategic reorganization tied to its ongoing transformation.

Officials say they are supporting affected employees and plan to offer transfer opportunities where possible.
