Must-see video shows cars doing donuts in the middle of the intersection of Avenue J and Bay Parkway in Midwood.

Residents tell News 12 it happened in the early hours of the morning over the weekend.

They say they woke up to the noise of screeching tires and fireworks.

Lynda Levy says she's concerned.

“There were people actually hanging out of the windows, holding on. It looked like someone could have gotten killed. It was extremely scary," said Levy.

The video shows a large gathering of people, with some riders hanging outside of the car and people standing in the middle of the street.
