Middletown man accused of driving recklessly, obstructing ambulance in road rage incident

Authorities say the incident began after an ambulance legally passed Terril Osbourne on Route 78.

A 47-year-old Middletown man was arrested in connection to a road rage incident involving an ambulance Wednesday in Wallkill. Authorities say an ambulance legally passed Terril Osbourne on Route 78. He then followed the ambulance and pulled in front of it in an attempt to stop the vehicle. State police say he is charged with reckless driving and obstructing emergency medical services.
