Food lovers rejoice! Hudson Valley Restaurant Week is back and it all begins Monday.

For a limited time, diners can enjoy special prix-fixe menus at some of the region’s most popular restaurants that offer everything from classic French cuisine to fresh seafood favorites.

In Hastings-on-Hudson, Saint George’s Bistro is showcasing its signature escargot — a traditional French dish topped with garlic compound butter, breadcrumbs and parsley. Owner Michelle Adams says Restaurant Week is a chance for customers to try something iconic.

Tarrytown's Sail House is serving up comfort with its New England-style clam chowder. Owner Sean Degnan says the dish features chunks of potato cooked directly in the broth and topped with croutons and bacon bits for added flavor and texture.

808 Bistro in Scarsdale is highlighting its grilled calamari. Owner Sal Cucullo says keeping the preparation simple allows the freshness of the seafood to shine.

Hudson Valley Restaurant Week runs for a limited time to give food lovers the opportunity to explore new spots or revisit old favorites at a set price.
