A scruffy young pup from the Hudson Valley is getting ready for a national spotlight in what’s often called the world’s cutest football game.

Luna, a 3‑month‑old labradoodle mix, has been selected to compete in this year’s Puppy Bowl, representing SPCA Westchester.

The annual event features adoptable dogs from shelters across the country, highlighting animals in need of new homes.
