A woman was hit and killed by an NJ Transit train in Hackensack last week has been identified.

Officials says 79-year-old Luz Lopez was struck just before 10 a.m. Thursday along Railroad Avenue near the Essex Street Station.

No one in the train was hurt, according to officials.
